Returns & Exchanges
We want you to live life in color to the fullest. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we have a 60-day return policy, hassle free. Return instructions are as follows:
- Items on our site can be returned within 60 days from the delivery date.
- If, for some unlikely reason, you’ve received an incorrect item, damaged item, or are missing an item from your order, please submit a ticket to our Support Team, and we will do our best to fix the problem.
Return standards and conditions
- We can gladly refund your purchase or exchange it for something else.
- Exchanges can only be the same item in an alternate size.
- If your exchange is unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be issued.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, with hangtag attached.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
- For domestic US customers, the label cost will be deducted automatically from the product(s) you are returning.
- If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 3-5 business days.
